Since the age of sixteen I’ve been right into cooking. I’ve paid keen attention to my favourite celebrity chefs over the years, and found my own style through heaps of experimentation… and my fair share of disasters!
I really feel that food is such an important part of life and a fantastic way to express yourself. For me, cooking isn’t just about making food – it’s about the whole experience and sharing it with others.
I love bold flavours and exploring fresh new ideas and combinations. And I’m always putting my own spin on recipes I’ve picked up on my travels. You don’t have to be a trained chef to get awesome results in the kitchen. Just as I’ve been inspired by so many chefs, I really hope I can inspire others to enjoy food and cooking as much as I do.
The MasterChef journey has been an amazing experience; it’s helped me grow as a person and achieve things I would never have thought possible. Now I’m in the amazing position of being able to share my love of food and make a living doing what I love most! I’ve learnt so much over the past year, and I’ve got so much more to learn.
I feel truly blessed and super excited to be where I am right now, and I want to give back as much as possible. I’m passionate about helping people make healthy choices – to eat better, live better, and feel better – and I’d love to make a positive impact on men’s health. I’ve got heaps of plans for the future, so please stay tuned! And thanks for joining me on this incredible journey.
